We kicked off the week with Decatur City Days and our mock City Council meeting. The students did a great job understanding the weight of votes and the role of city government in small businesses.

We were thankful to have had Council President Ladner, Councilman Pepper, and Mayor Tab Bowling pour into our students this week.

The students are now well equipped to help explain city government to their peers and be active future business owners in their community.
